Mirror Bracket

Mirror Bracket, also called mirror holder, is a series of products that we developed for a client from Scandinavia. Mirror Bracket products are used for holding mirrors for following applications:

-Trafiko ispiluak

-Cashier and observation mirrors

Ispiluaren euskarria fabrikatzeko prozesuak, oro har, 4 urrats biltzen ditu: ebaketa, konformazioa, muntaketa eta gainazalen tratamendua.

-Ebaketa prozesua

Hainbat ebaketa aukera eskaintzen ditugu oxigeno ebaketa, laser ebaketa, plasma ebaketa. Ispilu euskarri produktu horietan, estanpazioa da materiala estaltzeko modurik ohikoena.

-Osatze prozesua

Konformazio prozesuak normalean okertzea, puntzonatzea eta fresatzea hartzen ditu barne. Piezen diseinuaren izaerak zehazten du erabilitako metodoa. Desbarbaketa ezinbesteko prozedura da soldatu eta muntatu aurretik.

-Assembling

For mirror bracket products, one of the critical process of assembling is welding. Fixtures need to be pre-designed and made to ensure a product with no distortion after welding. Some areas require milling after assembling. A set of test gauges are pre-developed for quality inspection, ensuring the complete functionality of the product.

-Surface Treatment

Ispilu-euskarriaren produktuaren gainazalaren tratamendu normalak zinkatze urdina da, gainazalen beste tratamendua elektroforesia (KTL), hauts estaldura, pintura, beroa galbanizazioa barne daude. Gainazalen tratamenduaren kalitate kontrolerako, estalduraren atxikimendua, lodiera eta gatz lainoaren probak edo eskaera egin beharreko beste probak eskaintzen ditugu. Anodizazioa aluminiozko materialekin eskuragarri dago.

Capable in designing and developing necessary tools for mirror bracket products including forming dies, fixtures for welding, and test gauges for mass production QC. Surface treatment includes KTL, powder coating, painting and zinc plating. Flow Chat and Control Plan will be submitted to the client for discussion before production.

The most rigorous quality policy starts from material control, and is followed through to final pre-shipment inspection Mirror Bracket orders. Materiala certificates include the mill certificate, 3rd party chemical components, and mechanical property reports, as well as RoHS and REACH reports upon request. Other reports include dimensional reports, surface treatment thickness, and salt fog test reports, etc. We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.
