Power Supplier Cabinet Switch series of products are the one that Auwell developed for a French client used of power supply industry. Auwell has been supplying the products to the client since year 2012.

The products are assembling group made by stamping, followed by surface treatment and assembling. Except very high tolerance requirements, the zinc-plating must undergo and pass 168 hours salt spray test without red rust. The product uses very special rivet that directly provided by the client. Some parts have spring mechanism for meeting special functional requirements. Reliability and durability are the most important requirements for this series of products, 100% product quality inspection conducted before packaging. In last 8 years, Auwell has received ZERO complaints from the clients.

-Cutting Process

Energia hornitzaileen armairutik aldatzeko produktuetarako, piezaren tamaina hain handia ez denez, estanpazioa erabiltzen dugu materialen estalkia egiteko.

-Osatze prozesua

Konformazio prozesuak normalean okertzea, puntzonatzea eta fresatzea hartzen ditu barne. Piezen diseinuaren izaerak zehazten du erabilitako metodoa. Desbarbaketa ezinbesteko prozedura da soldatu eta muntatu aurretik.

-Surface Treatment

Energia hornitzailearen kabinete-etengailuaren gainazalaren tratamendu normalaren prozesua zinka da eta, ondoren, nahi den herdoila babesteko propietatea lortzeko zigilu tratamendu berezia.

-Assembling

Energia hornitzaileen armairu-etengailuen produktuetarako, muntatzeko prozesu nagusia errematxatzea da. Errematxea material bereziz egina dago, elektrizitatearen eroateko baldintzak betetzeko. Lanabesak aldez aurretik diseinatu eta egin behar dira muntatu ondoren distortsiorik ez duen produktua bermatzeko. Proba neurgailu multzo bat aurrez garatu da kalitatea ikuskatzeko, produktuaren funtzionaltasun osoa bermatuz.

Capable in designing and developing necessary tools for Power Supplier Cabinet Switch products including forming dies, fixtures for welding, and test gauges for mass production QC. CMM is available for sample dimensional inspection. Gainazalen tratamendua includes KTL, powder coating, painting and zinc plating. Flow Chat and Control Plan will be submitted to the client for discussion before production.

The most rigorous quality policy starts from material control, and is followed through to final pre-shipment inspection to Power Supplier Cabinet Switch orders.
